Since becoming the managing director of HB Birmingham and being the owner of Luxury Homes, Mohammad Raooif continues the construction tradition with over 12 years of experience and commitment to the field. Mohammad is involved in every single project and maintains a hands-on involvement for all the processes through to project completion. The long list of satisfied customers through the HB Birmingham company reflects his outstanding workmanship and ability to go above and beyond.

Jacob Stewart

Quantity Surveyor

By working with our parent company from a very early stage, Jacob showcases dedication to his work and to the company. Not only does he estimate costs and map out project timelines, but he has a strong eye for monitoring subcontractors to help keep the business steadfast.

Gary Austen

Contracts Manager

From creating contracts to renewing contracts, Gary is the base of our business. With excellent time management and organisation skills, Gary ensures that every contract is managed as appropriately as possible as well as being kept up to date.
